Our services are tailored to meet your individual needs, working schedule, level of support needed, and current fitness levels. We will offer nutritional guidance to help build lifelong habits so that health and fitness will become part of your daily lifestyle.

Real Nutrition Fitness was born out of my combined love for all things food, health, and fitness. Since an early age, I have led an active lifestyle with weight training, reading the latest nutrition research, and creating new recipes being some of my favourite pastimes. 

I decided to channel these passions with my own experiences and education into a service committed to helping others take the time to look after themselves and take care of their health and wellbeing by adopting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. 


I believe in empowering my clients with the tools and knowledge they need to make the necessary changes needed to achieve their health, fitness, and nutrition goals..

By helping them understand the science of nutrition we can then set the stage for long-term success and a sustainable way of life.

Whether you’re a tired parent, stressed and overworked business professional, amateur or elite athlete, a busy student, looking for support to help improve a clinical condition, or just wanting to achieve optimal health; Real Nutrition Fitness can help you.
We are all unique and all lead different lifestyles, have different priorities and different requirements, therefore my approach is completely unique and tailored to suit you! 
All our nutrition plans and recommendations are personalised to ensure you get the best results possible, using a method that suits you and your lifestyle. We have outlined our service process below in order to be as transparent as possible and so you are aware of what to expect at each stage; from making an inquiry, deciding on the best service to suit your needs, right through to sitting down with you either in person, via a phone call or online correspondence to begin your journey to better health and get you another step closer to reaching your goals! 

 

 1. Free 15-minute discovery call (optional)

 If you would like to discuss your goals, you can get in contact  to schedule a relaxed and confidential conversation so you can explain what you’re struggling with and how I can help.

2. Registration form

Complete my introductory form that tells me a little bit about you and what you’re looking for help with.

3. Service selection

Depending on your goals choose the package that is best for you. If you need help in selecting a service, I can read through your enquiry form and recommend a service based on what you would like to achieve, your budget and the level of support you require.

4. Payment

Once you’ve selected a service I will send you an invoice to be paid in full via Paypal, bank transfer or in cash if we are meeting in person.

5. Pre-Consultation Form & Food Diary

Every lotus service package (with the exception of Rose Gold lotus (ongoing support) begins with a pre-consultation form which you will be required to fill out and return to me together with a 3 day-food diary. By completing these forms, it will help me to know more about you, your personal situation, lifestyle, eating habits and goals. I will provide you with details on how to complete the 3-day food diary and this is also an opportunity for you to provide me with any other information ahead of our consultation. 

6. Arrange a date

Once you have completed the forms and sent them back to me, I will analyse these and prepare for our consultation. I will then be in touch with you to arrange a mutually convenient time and preferred method for your initial consultation.

7. Begin your journey to better health

At this point you will have your consultation with me (either online via messaging/phone call or in person) where we will go over your pre-consultation form, discuss your current eating habits, lifestyle and get to the root of the problem so we can start taking the necessary steps to help you achieve your goals and your journey to better health will have begun!
